Standard shipping to The Netherlands is €3.95. Free shipping on orders over €40.
Shipping to Europe and the UK
Standard shipping to Europe and the UK is €8.95. Free shipping on orders over €75.
Shipping to the Rest of the World
Standard shipping to the rest of the world including the United States is €14.95. Free shipping on orders over €75.
Processing Time
Almost all products are in stock and are shipped in 1-2 working days. Art prints that are printed especially for you have a longer delivery time. Look for the correct delivery time of an item on the product page. Do you need something fast? Please send me a message, and I will make sure that your order is shipped as soon as possible.
Delivery Time
I usually send both small and large parcels with PostNL. In The Netherlands the delivery time is is normally 1-2 working days, but it may occasionally take longer. The shipping time for international orders varies. Orders shipped to Europe typically take a few days to a week to arrive. Please allow two weeks for orders sent to the United States to arrive. Shipping times can vary drastically depending on how busy the local postal service is. Especially in the summer months and around the holidays, it's a good idea to order on time to allow plenty room for possible delays .
Print Packaging
Art Prints and lino prints are shipped flat and wrapped in a cellophane sleeve with a cardboard sheet on the back, and then put in a sturdy cardboard envelope. This way you can be sure that your prints will arrive undamaged! A4 prints are shipped as letterbox parcels, and tend to fit in your mailbox.
Packaging of small products
I always try to pack items in the smallest possible shipping envelope or cardboard box so it fits in your mailbox.
Pre-order Items
You can check the product page to see when your pre-order item will be shipped. If you order regular and pre-order items at the same time, your entire order will be shipped when the pre-order item is ready to be shipped. Would you rather receive your regular products sooner?
